BAB 1
PENDAHULUAN
1.1 Latar Belakang
Alat indera adalah organ
yang berfungsi untuk menerima jenis rangsangan tertentu. Semua organism
Reseptor diberi nama
berdasarkan jenis rangsangan yang diterimanya, seperti kemoreseptor (penerima
rangsang zat kimia), fotoreseptor (penerima rangsang cahaya), aodioreseptor
indera penglihat(mata), pendengar (telinga), peraba (kulit), pengecap (lidah),
dan pembau (hidung). Untuk lebih memahami kelima eksoreseptor tersebut, maka
kami akan membahasnya dalam Sistem Indera.

BAB 2
PEMBAHASAN
2.1 Indera Penglihatan
( Mata )
Indera Penglihat (Mata)
Struktur mata manusia
1. Lapisan Bola
Mata Bola mata memiliki garis tengah kira- kira 2,5 cm, bagian depannya bening.
a. Sklera
seperti jari- jari sebuah lingkaran.
berfungsi mengikat lensa mata. Kontraksi dan relaksasi otot sirkuler pada badan
siliaris menentukan tebal- tipisnya lensa (akomodasi). Akomodasi mata berarti
berbeda disebut daya akomodasi.
dibelakang lensa (rongga belakang). Kedua rongga tersebut diisi cairan kental
dan transparan seperti jeli. Rongga depan berisi aqueous humour (humor berair),
sedangkan rongga belakang berisi vitreous humour (humor bening). Kedua macam
cairan tersebut berfungsi membantu memfokuskan cahaya kedalam retina.
c. Retina
retina terdapat reseptor (fotoreseptor).
jarak titik dekat. Pada usia anak- anak, jarak titik dekat pendek, tetapi
dengan bertambahnya usia, jarak titik dekat semakin panjang. Sebagai
perbandingan pada usia 11 tahun jarak titik dekat sekitar 9 cm, namun pada
seseorang yang berusia 40- 50 tahun jarak titik dekat menjadi 50 cm. itulah
sebabnya orang yang berusia lanjut menjauhkan buku bacaannya apabila dia
membaca buku. Untuk menolongnya digunakan kacamata lensa cembung (+).
1.
Struktur telinga manusia:
1.
Telinga luar
Telinga luar terdiri atas daun telinga damn
lubang telinga luar. Daun telinga terdiri atas tulang rawan dan jaringan
fibrosa, kecuali pada ujung telinga bawah, yaitu cuping telinga, terdiri atas
lemak.
helikontrema. Skala festibuli berakhir pada jendela oval (foramen ovale),
sedangkan skala timpani berakhir pada jendela bundar. Antara skala festibuli
denga skala media terdapat membran reissner, sedangkan anrata skala media denga
skala timpani terdapat membrane basiler. Didalam skala media terdapat suatu
saraf sensori (saraf pendengar).
5.
Alat Keseimbangan
Akibatnya kita merasa pusing.
6.
Kelainan pada telinga
Kelainan pada telinga dapat di
kelompokan menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu:
a.
Gangguan perambatan suara
2.4 Indera Pengecap (Lidah)
Lidah
merupakan organ yang tersusun atas otot. Prmukaan lidah banyak tonjolan kecil yang disebut papilla lidah,
memberi kesan lidah terkesan kasar.
ujung-ujung saraf pembau terganggu.

DISCUSSION
1.1 Background
Sensory devices are organs that serve to
receive certain types of stimuli. All organisms have receptors as a means of
receiving information. Such information may come from within itself or come
from outside. The receptors are named by the type of stimulus they receive,
such as chemoreceptors, photoreceptors, aodioreceptors, and mechanoreseptor
(the receiver of physical stimuli, such as pressure, touch, and vibration).
Also known are some receptors that function to recognize changes in the
external environment are grouped as eksoreseptor. While the receptor group that
serves to recognize the environment in the body is called the interoreceptors.
Interoreseptor is present throughout the human body. The eksoreceptor we know
there are five kinds, namely the sense of sight (eye), listener (ear), touch
(skin), taste (tongue), and the smell (nose). To better understand the five
eksoreseptor, then we will discuss it in the System Senses.

CHAPTER
2
DISCUSSION
2.1 Sighted Sense (Eye)
Sighted Sense (Eye) The eye has a number
of special receptors to recognize changes in rays and colors. In addition there
are muscles that serve as a mover of eyeballs, eye boxes, eyelids and
eyelashes.
The
structure of the human eye
1. Eye Ball Layer The eyeball has a
diameter of about 2.5 cm, the front is clear. The eyeball consists of three
layers, namely the sclera, the choroid and the retina.
a.
Sklera
The sclera is a layer constructed by
fibrous connective tissue and is white in color. The function of this layer as
a protector. Outside the sclera are layers of ephitelium cells that form a
mucous membrane called the conjunctiva. The conjunctival coating keeps the eye
moist. The sclera layer on the front is transparent, called the cornea. The
cornea functions to receive light entering the inside of the eye and bend the
light beam in such a way that it can be focused. The conjunctival layer does
not cover the sclera.
b
Koroid
The choroid is a layer constructed by a
connective tissue that has numerous blood vessels and a number of pigmem cells.
Located next to the sclera. At the front of the eye, the coroid layer separates
itself from sclera to form a hollow iris. The hole is called an eye pupil or
pupil. The rays enter through the pupil. Behind the iris there are pigmented
membranes that emit blue, green, brown, or black. The narrowing or narrowing of
the pupil is caused by the contraction and relaxation of the muscles
surrounding the iris (circular muscle). So the iris serves as a diaphragm.
Right behind the iris there is a ciliary body composed of circular muscle
fibers and muscle fibers that lie like the radius of a circle. Also behind the
iris there is a convex lens (bikonveks) that is bound by the muscles of the
lens.
This ciliary body functions to bind the
lens of the eye. The contraction and relaxation of the circular muscles of the
ciliary body determine the thickness of the lens (accommodation). Eye
accomodation means focusing shadows, whereas the ability to focus objects at
different distances is called accommodation power. Accommodation aims to make
the shadow fall right on the yellow spots. When viewing objects that are far
away, the lens of the eye becomes more flattened, but if you see the object
that is located close, the lens of the eye becomes more convex. The arrangement
of the lens convexation is governed by the circular lens muscles (ciliary
muscle). When looking at a distant object the lens muscles relax, whereas when
you see the object near the lens of the lens contracts. Bikonveks eye lens. The
eye lens divides the eye into two cavities, the space between the cornea with
the lens (the cavity), and the space behind the lens (back cavity). Both
cavities are filled with viscous and transparent liquid like jelly. The front
cavity contains aqueous humor (humorous humor), while the back cavity contains
vitreous humor (clear humor). Both kinds of fluids are working to help focus the
light into the retina.
c. Retina
The retina is a very delicate and very
light-sensitive inner layer. In the retina there are receptors
(photoreceptors). Photoreceptors are related to the part of the body of nerve
cells whose fibers engulf the optic nerve that extends to the brain. The part
of the retinal lining that passes through the nerve grain that leads to the
brain has no receptor and is insensitive to light. When light reaches this
section we can not recognize light. Therefore, this area is called blind spots.
Picture. Objects and shadows on the retina Fig. The structure of the eye retina
2.
Eye Receptor
In the retina there are two kinds of
receptor cells (photoreceptors), ie cones (con cells) and stem cells (bacillus
cells). If sorted from front to back, light will penetrate through the cornea,
aqueous humor, lens, vitreous humor, and a retinal layer containing conical
cells and stem cells. In the retina there is an area called fovea or yellow
spots that contain only conical cells. The spread of cones and stem cells in
the retina is uneven. The edge (periphery) most distant from yellow spots
contains only stem cells. Picture. Stem cell stem Cells stem number about 125
million pieces in each eye. Stem cells are very sensitive to low-light
intensity, but are unable to distinguish colors.
Therefore
we can see at night but that looks just black and white only. The shadow
produced from this cell is not sharp. The cone cell is about 5 million in each
eye. Conical cells are very sensitive to high light intensity. So it plays a
role for daytime vision and to distinguish colors.
3. Eye disorders
Distance
point close is the shortest distance between objects or objects with the eye so
the eye can still recognize the object clearly. Even shorter distance, the eyes
can not recognize objects clearly. A person's age can cause near-point distance
changes. At the age of the children, the distance near the short point, but
with increasing age, the distance near the long point. By comparison at the age
of 11 years the distance near the point about 9 cm, but in someone aged 40-50
years close point distance to 50 cm. which is why an elderly person keeps his
reading book when he reads a book. To help him use convex lens (+) lens.
1.
Miopi or Rambun Far
The
first eye abnormalities experienced by a person are myopia or farsightedness.
This distant cataract is an eye condition that can not clearly see the object
from a distance. The cause of nearsightedness or myopia is caused by the
eyeballs are too far away or the lens is too convex so as to make banyangan far
in front of the retina. How to solve the problem of far away you can use
concave or negative lens.
2.
Hipermetropy or Near Spoon
Eye
disorder is actually contrary to the first eye problem with myopia.
Hipermetropy is a disorder of eye disease that can make the patient can not see
objects with close range. That's because it is caused by the eyeball that is
too short and close to the lens of the eye is too flat. Then make a shadow of
the object falling behind the retina. The way to overcome it is by using a convex
lens lens or positive
3.
Color Blindness
The
last eye disorder is color blindness. As the name of course we know the beauty
of the eye is a kelaianan that can not distinguish a particular color. This
disease or eye disorder is usually caused by genetic or hereditary factors
which means very difficult to cure.
2.2
Sense of Listener (Ear)
The
ear is a listener and a balance tool. The ear consists of three parts, namely
the outer ear, middle ear and inner ear cavity.
The structure of the human ear:
1. The outer ear
The outer ear consists of the ear of the
ear damn ear damn. The ear is composed of cartilage and fibrous tissue, except
on the lower ear tip, ie ear lobe, consisting of fat. The earlobe serves to
receive and collect incoming sound. The outer channel near the ear canal is
equipped with fine hairs that keep the foreign body from entering, and there is
a wax gland that plays a role to keep the outer canal surfaces and eardrums
from drying out.
2.
Middle ear
The middle ear is a cavity associated
with the pharynx through the eustachian canal. The function of this channel
maintains the balance of air pressure between the outside air and air within
the middle ear. In the middle ear is a tympanic membrane and middle ear bones.
The tympanic membrane (also called ear drum) is a membrane that receives sound
waves and separates the outer ear and the inner ear. The middle ear bones are
of three kinds, namely the matilus (malleus) that attaches to the eardrum, the
bone of the base (incus), and the stapes bone. The hammer (matil-like shape) is
attached to the eardrum and the stirrup bones (the shape of the stirrups
enyerupai, the place where the hoofs are mounted on the horse) corresponds to
the oval window in the inner ear.
3.
Deep ear cavity
The inner ear cavity consists of a
cavity that resembles a channel. Cavity cavity is called a labyrinth of bones
and coated with membrane so-called labyrinth membrane. The labyrinth of bones
consists of three parts, namely the vestibules, the cochlea, and the three
channels of the middle circle. The lupir membrane consists of the utriculus and
sakulus in the vastibula, the cochlear channel in the cochlea, and the
semicircular membrane. The investibula (containing utrikulus and sakulus) and
the semicircular channel is the balance orga, while the cochlea is the organ of
the listener. The snail or cochlea house is a tube that is about 3 cm long and
curled like a snail shell containing lymphatic fluid. The cochlear is a
circular channel consisting of three rooms, namely vestibular scale, media
scale, and tympani scale. The vestibule scales and the tympanic scales contain
a liquid called perilimfe. The media scale also contains a liquid called
endolymph. The festibule scale corresponds to the tympanic scale through a
small hole called helicontrema. The festibule scale ends at the oval window
(foramen ovale), whereas the tympanic scale ends at the round window. Between
the scale festibuli premises medium scale there is a membrane reissner, while anrata
scale media premises tympani scale there membrane basiler. On a media scale
there is a bulge called a textual membrane parallel to the bacillary membrane.
In the medium or inner media scale there is a cortical organ. The corti organs
contain thousands of sensory hair cells that are vibratory receptors (fibration
receptors). The hair cells are located between the bacillary membrane and the
basic textured membrane of the hearing receptor cell corresponds to the nerve
fibers that combine to form the listener's nerve.
4.
Hearing process
The hearing mechanism starts with a
sound wave coming through the ear canal, which vibrates the tympanic membrane.
This vibration will be passed into the middle ear through the hearing bones.
Further vibration is passed to the inner ear through the oval membrane window
and the fluid perilimfe contained in the vestibuli scale. The vibration of the
liquid will vibrate the membrane reissner and vibrate the endolymph fluid in
the media scale.
This fluid vibration moves the bacillary
membrane which further vibrates the fluid in the tympanic scale. As the
bacillary membrane vibrates, it will move the hair cells, and when the hair
cell touches the textile membrane there is an impulse to be sent to the
listening center in the brain through the sensory nerve (the listener's nerve).
5.
Tool Balance
It is a semi-circular channel and each
channel is bulging at one end called the ampulla. In the ampulla there are
receptors in the form of sensory nerve cell groups that have hair in a dome-shaped
gelatin hood, called kupula. In addition to the three semicircular channels
there is a yuang balance device located within the utrikulus and sakulus in the
form of a group of nerve cells ending in the form of free hair attached to the
otolite, which is very small calcium carbonate spheres. Changing the head
position causes the otolit to shift its possession, resulting in an impulse
that will be sent to the brain, so we feel it is tilted or upright. The
circular motion on the head causes lymph fluid and moves the otolite even
though we have stopped spinning. As a result we feel dizzy.
6.
Abnormalities in the ear
Abnormalities
in the ear can be grouped into two groups, namely:
a. Impaired
sound propagation
Sound
from the outside can be hampered by earwax, tumors and other substances that
clog the ear canal. In addition, damage to the hearing bones also disrupts
sound propagation. Bone damage to the listener begins with buzzing ear
symptoms. Ear infections also interfere with sound propagation. This infection
is called otitis. The middle ear, associated with the pharynx, may be infected
by bacteria or viruses. The wound produces pus and odor.
b. Hearing
nerve disorders
Hearing nerve disorders usually occur in old
age. This is called presbycusis. The nerves of sufferers degenerate. Hearing
nerve damage can also be caused by noise (noise pollution) caused by
high-frequency sound.
7.
Technology helps hearing
A common technology is the use of
hearing aids. This is done when the sound impulse propagation process can not
reach the middle ear, for example because the bones of the listener are
damaged. On the earlobe in pairs of sound receivers, which then turns them into
electrical signals. The signal is propagated through the electrode to the inner
ear. Thus the patient can capture the sound.
2.3
Touch (Skin)
The skin is the sense of touch, because
it has sensory nerve endings as a special receptor for touch, pressure,
temperature (heat and cold), and pain. Some receptors lie in the dermis layer,
and some are located on the epidermal layer. The nerve endings are wrapped in
capsules (called corpuscles) and some are not wrapped (called free nerve
endings). The nerve ends classified as the corpuscula are the Meissner
corpuscles (receptors for touch located near the surface of the skin), Pacini
corpuscles (pressure raseptor), and Ruffini corpuscula (nerve endings). Free
nerve endings include receptors for pain and touch both located in the layer
skin epidermis, as well as receptors for touch located at the base of every hair.
In addition there is also a Merkel plate which is the tip of the touch sensing
nerve and light pressure.
2.4
Savoring Taste (Tongue)
The
tongue is an organ composed of muscles. The surface of the tongue many small
protrusions called tongue papilla, giving the impression of a rough-looking
tongue. On the tongue papilla there are taste senses. Tongue surface in layers
of epithelial layer that contains many mucus glands. In addition there is a
receptor of taste buds tasty buds. The taste buds consist of a group of sensory
cells that have tonjoplan like hair. Budger buds can distinguish four kinds of
flavors, namely sweet, bitter, sour, and salty. The location of certain tasty
buds gather more in certain areas of the tongue.
2.5 Senses (Nose)
Humans are able to detect odors by using
receptors in the nose. The chemical sensory receptors (chemoreceptor) sensory
cells are present in the epithelial layer located next to the dorsal nasal
cavity, and are protected by the lenders (mucus). At the end of each sensory
there is some cilia or hair smell. Water-soluble molecules and fat in the air
will dissolve in the mucous layer and cause odor sensation. Active sense of the
smell in the stimuli by gas inhaled by the nose. The sensory senses are very
sensitive and their sensitivity is easily lost when exposed to the same odor
for long periods of time. For example if we are in a room that is crowded and
stuffy, then we will not immediately feel the unpleasant smell. The smell
senses can also become weak if the lining of the nose is very dry, very wet, or
swollen. Between the sense of taste and the smell there is a close
relationship. Food or other ingredients can be felt pleasure because of the
cooperation between the sense of taste and smell. If one of the tools is disturbed,
then the pleasure is reduced. For example, people who catch the flu (cold) can
not feel the pleasure because the nerve endings are disturbed.
